Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Pick your size on any product page, add it to the bag, then hit checkout in the bag drawer. You will be asked for a name, phone number and full address — no account, no password to forget. Your order confirmation includes your order number and details.
How do I order a custom piece?
Open the design studio, choose your silhouette, colour and size, then add text or upload your artwork. You can design both sides and adjust placement. Select Make this mine to save your piece and artwork in the bag, then complete checkout.
Is it really cash on delivery?
Yes — anywhere in Pakistan, no advance payment. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches you, so keep the exact amount ready where you can; riders often cannot break large notes. Available payment options are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email us with your order number and we will change the size, swap the design or cancel it. Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot pull it back, but you can refuse it at the door and it will come back to us.
Will sold-out designs come back?
Most of the collection is made to order. Available sizes are shown on each product page. Send us the design name and your size by email if your preferred option is unavailable. If the exact blank colour is no longer available we will say so rather than quietly swap it.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Five to seven working days nationwide once your order is confirmed. Karachi is usually at the quicker end of that; smaller towns and interior routes can take a day longer. Sundays and public holidays do not count. We dispatch Monday to Saturday and send a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is booked.
What are the delivery charges?
Flat Rs 150 anywhere in Pakistan, and free once your order crosses Rs 3,500 — roughly two tees. The final delivery amount appears at checkout and is collected with the cash on delivery payment.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. It is the single most common request in our inbox, but until we can promise a real delivery time and an honest shipping cost we would rather not take your money. If you have someone in Pakistan we will happily deliver to them, and we can hold an order for someone travelling — just ask by email.
What if I miss the rider?
The courier tries up to three times, usually on consecutive days, and calls the number on the order first — keep that phone reachable. If all three attempts fail the parcel comes back to us and we will message you to rebook it.
Exchanges & faults
Can I exchange my tee?
Something not right? Email us within 5 days of receiving your parcel, with a photo or video as proof, if the print is faulty or the size isn’t right — and we’ll arrange an exchange. Keep the tee unworn and unwashed in the meantime. Tell us your order number and the size you want instead, and we will book a pickup or send you the return details.
My print is faulty or the tee arrived damaged. Now what?
That is on us. Send a photo or video of the fault by email within 5 days of receiving the parcel, with your order number — a clear shot of the print or seam plus one of the whole tee is enough, and there is no need to post it back first. A genuine print or stitching defect gets a replacement in the same size, shipping included; if the design has sold out, pick another at the same price or take a full refund in cash. Cracking after months of hot washes and a tumble dryer is wear, not a defect — see wash care. Ink that lifted on the first wear is a defect, and we will not argue with you over Rs 2,000.
I ordered the wrong design. Can I swap it?
Only before it ships. Once a parcel is out, exchanges are size-for-size on the same design. Message us fast and we will usually catch it in time.
Size guide
Every tee is a boxy oversized cut with a drop shoulder. Chest is measured flat from underarm to underarm and doubled; length runs from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem. All measurements are in inches, with about half an inch of tolerance either way.

Rule of thumb: your usual size for the intended oversized fit, one up if you want it huge, one down if you want it closer to a regular tee. Still stuck between two? Message us your usual size and height on our contact page — we answer this a hundred times a week and we are good at it.
Wash care
The cotton is built to last. The print lasts too, as long as you do not cook it.
- Turn it inside out before washing. This one habit does most of the work.
- Cold machine wash, gentle cycle, with similar colours. Maroon bleeds a little the first time — wash it alone once.
- Mild detergent only. No bleach, no whitener, nothing with chlorine near the print.
- Line dry in shade. Direct Karachi sun fades the ink and the blank; a tumble dryer on high does both faster.
- Iron inside out, medium heat, never directly on the print.
- Do not dry clean. There is no reason to dry clean a t-shirt.
